By placing an order with MISC EXPRESS, you agree to the following terms, together with our Refund Policy, Purchase Options Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

About us
MISC EXPRESS is a trading name of YSER PVT LTD, registered in the Republic of Maldives. All sales are made from, and all orders are fulfilled within, the Maldives, and all transactions are charged in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR).

Orders and prices
All prices are shown in MVR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to keep descriptions, images, and prices accurate; if an error occurs we may correct it and cancel or decline the affected order with a full refund of anything already paid.

Payment
Payment is taken at order through the Bank of Maldives Merchant Payment Gateway. Your full card details are entered directly into BML's PCI-DSS compliant gateway and are never stored on our systems. We accept American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. By purchasing, you confirm you are authorised to use the card presented.

Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping/Delivery Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns, refunds and cancellations
Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Pre-order, incoming-stock, and made-to-order cancellations are governed by our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. Any "no refund" or limited-refund condition on specific items is shown before purchase.

Import, customs and legal restrictions
Products are sold and delivered within the Republic of Maldives. Prices include any import duties already paid; no additional customs duty is payable on domestic delivery. We do not currently ship internationally.

Privacy and security
Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. Our site uses TLS/HTTPS encryption; card data is captured only by BML's secure gateway.

Records
Please retain a copy of your order confirmation and these policies for your records. You will receive an order confirmation by email after each purchase.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
