Shipping Policy
All orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, customization, and order volume.
Standard processing time: Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 p.m.
Pre-order & incoming items: Delivered on the estimated arrival date shown on the product page. These dates are estimates and may shift with shipping schedules.
Custom or made-to-order items: Delivery will be within 30-45 days, or as stated on the product page.
Once your order is ready for dispatch, our team will contact you to arrange delivery details.
Delivery Areas & Fees
We currently deliver to Malé, Hulhumalé, and up to boat transfer points.
Delivery is free and will be made up to the doorstep where a lift is available.
Additional charges may apply for upper-floor delivery without lift access, special handling, or difficult access areas.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect the item at the time of delivery.
Any visible damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported immediately to our delivery team and to MISC. within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Photos of the item, packaging, and any damage may be required to process a claim.
Assembly
Assembly service is available for eligible furniture items.
Estimated assembly duration: Assembly will be completed within 24-48 hours following delivery, excluding public holidays.
The assembly fee is not included in the retail price and will be charged separately where applicable.
The assembly fee is refundable only if we fail to complete the assembly within the specified period.
Returns & Exchange
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because of the nature of furniture, we do not accept change-of-mind returns, and we do not offer exchanges. Returns are accepted only under the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
Items may be eligible for return if:
- The item is damaged upon delivery.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
- The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging where possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or made-to-order furniture.
- Items purchased on sale, clearance, or promotion.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect assembly.
- Items with normal wear and tear.
- Items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements taken by the customer.
- Items that have been used, altered, assembled incorrectly, or moved after delivery.
Return Process

- Order number
- Customer name
- Reason for return
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Delivery date
Our team will review the request and confirm whether the item qualifies for a return, replacement, repair, or store credit.
Refund Policy
Where a return is approved, we will confirm whether it will be resolved by replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.
For items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, we arrange and cover return collection at no cost to you.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds may take 7-10 working days for debit and credit card payments, and 24-48 hours for direct bank transfers.
Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted for in-stock items before the order has been dispatched.
Custom, made-to-order, and pre-order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
