Shipping Policy
All orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Processing and delivery times depend on stock availability and the type of item ordered.
Processing & Delivery Times
- In-stock items: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. are delivered the next working day.
- Pre-order / incoming items: Delivered on the estimated arrival date shown on the product page (for example, “Buy now and receive it by mid-August”). These dates are estimates and may shift with shipping schedules.
- Custom or made-to-order items: Delivered within 30-45 days, or as stated on the product page.
Once your order is ready for dispatch, our team will contact you to arrange a delivery time.
Delivery Areas & Fees
We deliver to Malé and Hulhumalé, and to other islands up to the boat or cargo transfer point.
- Doorstep delivery within Malé and Hulhumalé is free where lift access is available.
- Additional charges may apply for upper-floor delivery without a lift, oversized or special handling, or difficult-access locations.
- For other islands, we deliver to the agreed boat or cargo transfer point. Onward sea freight and island-side handling are arranged and paid by the customer unless agreed otherwise.
Inspection on Delivery
Please inspect your item at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported to our delivery team on the spot and to MISC. within 24 hours of receiving the order. Photos of the item, packaging, and any damage may be required to process a claim.
