These terms govern your use of the MISC EXPRESS website and your purchases from us. MISC EXPRESS is a subsidiary of YSER PVT LTD, registered in the Republic of Maldives. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & Pricing

All prices are shown in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display products, colours, and specifications accurately, but slight variations may occur. Prices and availability may change without notice.

Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been received through the Bank of Maldives payment gateway. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, where an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred) and to refund any amount paid in such cases.

Pre-Order & Incoming Items

Some items are sold on a pre-order basis. Estimated arrival dates shown on product pages are good-faith estimates and are not guaranteed; they may change due to production and shipping timelines.

Delivery, Returns & Cancellations

Delivery, returns, and cancellations are handled in line with our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Maldives.
